How to Return Goods
We are happy to offer our customers a very simple and quick returns process. Just head over to your orders page, find the order that contains the item that you wish to return, and click "Return Items?" on the right hand side of the page. Here you will be able to choose which item/s from the order you want to return, the reason for the return, whether you would like a replacement, a refund, or store credit, and an option to leave any further comments about the return. After submitting a return request your account manager will contact you via email as soon as possible.
After we receive your goods we will check the items for damage (if returned as faulty), and upon passing the inspection we will send the refund to the same payment method that was used during the purchase. We are unable to refund or reimburse you for any postage costs. We aim to refund your purchase within 48 hours of receiving the item, but please allow up to 2 weeks in rare circumstances.
Returned items must be delivered to us undamaged, unused, and in original packaging or they will not be eligible for refund. In these circumstances it is our discretion whether we offer a partial refund, or return the goods to you. Please ensure that you send any goods back to use using an insured and tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items caused during postage.
Upon receiving an order, please inspect all items before use.
In the unlikely event that an item has been delivered to you damaged, please let us know within 48 hours via our Returns Form. We will aim to replace or refund the damaged item as soon as we can, but please allow up to 14 days for this to be finalised. Depending on the item, we may require the item be sent back to us, in this scenario we will send you a prepaid return label. Please ensure that the item is returned in the original packaging.
We can not accept any returns after the part has been fitted. Please ensure you test the functionality of the part before fitting it into a device, whether this be with screws or adhesive.
Do not fit a damaged part to a device under any circumstances. Phone Spares UK can not be held responsible for any damage caused to a device by a faulty part.
Cancellation of Orders
All our customers have the right to cancel their order for up to 14 days after the date of delivery. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014.

The cancelled order must be posted to us within 14 days of your notification of cancellation.
A refund will be paid to you within 14 days of receiving your cancelled order.
Return postage must be covered by you. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured service, as any damage occurred during postage will be the responsibility of the sender. If a cancelled item is returned to us damaged we can no longer offer a refund.
Cancelled orders must be returned to us unused, with any seals still intact, in original packaging.
The majority of our items are provided with a manufacturer's warranty. Please check the item description for the exact length of this warranty. If your item fails within this time we will replace it free of cost. Refunds will only be issued within the first 14 days of purchase, or if we are unable to supply a replacement part. If you wish to make a warranty claim please use our Returns Form.
Within the display panel industry, any screen with 3 or less dead pixels is considered within design specifications. Therefore we can not offer a replacement for an LCD/OLED with 3 or less dead pixels.
Some items that we sell, such as adhesive strips, are regarded as ‘disposable’. This means we can offer no warranty on these parts. Please check the items description if you are unsure whether it is disposable or not.
Damage of any kind is not covered under our warranty, any damaged items returned to us for warranty replacement will be disposed of, or returned to you for the cost of delivery.
